LinQ's 14th anniversary album "TO YOU~LinQ 5th Movement~" is now available for download! A dance music video that fans will love will be released on May 2nd on this album filled with the charm of the "now"

Idol group LinQ's latest album, "TO YOU ~LinQ Fifth Movement~," released to commemorate the 14th anniversary of their formation, is now available for digital download in its entirety (excluding the bonus track "Yureru Curtain") on various music distribution services from Monday, April 4th.

This is a powerful album that features 9 songs re-recorded and newly recorded by the nine current members.

The album includes the long-awaited tracks "FUKUOKA. ~Fuku wo kan suru noda♪~", "Winter Magic", "FANTASTIC WORLD", which have been released as digital singles, "LOVE BOMB", in which Takagi Yumi, who is scheduled to graduate this August, took center stage, and "Jinsei Saikyo Hanakeshiki" and "Bali Happy Days!", which have been performed live but not released on audio. In addition, "Happy Lucky Mint no Kaze", a cover of the theme song for Karaoke CLUB DAM and used in a campaign that became a hot topic, is included in a new arrangement as the "LinQ Special ver", making up a total of 8 tracks that condense LinQ's "now".

Of particular note is the lead song "TO YOU ~New Alival Heart♡~", written specifically for the album. It was released on April 4th and has become a hot topic as a song that embodies LinQ's "now". Following the music video that has already been released, a "dance version MV" that allows you to enjoy the formations and choreography is scheduled to be released on May 11nd.

Furthermore, LinQ was selected as one of Daiichi Kosho's monthly "D-PUSH!" artists for May. They are also appearing in karaoke stores nationwide and on the popular web show "DAM CHANNEL," spreading their appeal even further.

On April 4th they will also start a free live tour called "AEON MALL x LinQ = Circle of Smiles", visiting AEON Malls in western Japan, providing a rare opportunity to enjoy the energy that only a live performance can bring and interact with fans.

This is the first song for which I was given a singing part.
I paired up with a member and auditioned for a song.
I was a new member of LinQ, but I had been a trainee for a long time, so I wanted to show my seniors how to sing well, but I was so nervous that I couldn't sing well, and I still remember how frustrated I was. "FUKUOKA. ~Fuku wo Ka ni Suru Noda♪~" was recorded by the current 9-member lineup.
There have been many changes to the singing parts, both in parts that were previously my parts and parts that weren't, and as with other songs, I would like to cherish what my seniors have sung up until now and express it in my own way.
I think that everyone who listens to this album will have their own feelings about the songs, their favorite parts, and so on. This is the album I want you to listen to when you want to listen to LinQ songs or when you suddenly think of LinQ! I usually listen to music on my way to lessons, and also when I'm traveling to a live venue to get energy and push myself forward.
Through this digital distribution, we hope that we can give you something, even just a little, by allowing you to easily listen to LinQ's songs digitally in all sorts of situations, such as on your commute to work or school, when you're feeling down at work, or when you've had a fight with a friend!

I think this is a chance to spread LinQ's music even further.
When I listen to the songs of my favorite artists, I usually first see them live or watch footage of them performing, and if I like what I see, I look them up and listen to their music.
That's why I feel that a lot of the people who listen to LinQ's songs are either people who have come to our live shows or people who have thought at least a little something was good about us through social media, and I feel happy that LinQ can be a part of the lives of people like that.
This time around, there are songs that have never been released digitally before, so I'm very happy that this will help spread the word about LinQ even further.
So when people come to see us, I want each song to be something that cheers them up and gives them the strength to do their best, and I want them to not just listen to our songs, but to want to experience them live, and think, "The real thing is amazing!", so I want to sing our songs with care at live performances.

The song that is most memorable to me on this album is "FANTASTIC WORLD"!
It was my first debut song after joining LinQ, my first sparkly costume and solo part, and my debut location was in a big venue like the PayPay Dome. Seeing myself as LinQ made me feel like I had become a new me, and I'm glad that I had persevered as a KIDS trainee up until now!
Being able to talk and take lessons from the seniors I'd always looked up to and admired up close was just a joy, excitement, worry and many other emotions at that time!
"FANTASTIC WORLD" is a song filled with such memories!

This time, we're releasing all the songs from the album, and we've re-recorded them with the new 9-member lineup, so they're a little different again, so I hope you'll pay attention to that too!! My favorite song is "Jinsei Saikyo Hanakeshiki"! There's a rap part at the end of the second verse, and I sing it in my own unique way, and I always rearrange the rap part for our live performances, so I hope you'll enjoy the difference between the live performance and the recording!!
