WHITE SCORPION holds release event for 7th digital single "Beach opening"! Determined to "break through barriers" with fans!

WHITE SCORPION, an idol group produced by Yasushi Akimoto, was formed after about half a year of auditions and debuted in December 2023 with their first digital single "Megan Sniper." On April 12rd, they held a release event to commemorate the release of their seventh digital single "Beach opening" at LaLaport Toyosu in Tokyo.

It was raining until just before the start of the show, but the rain stopped by the time the show started, and the stage started with the latest single "Beach Opening". The members performed their latest song with ease in their new costumes, which were unveiled that day and had a mix of leather and metallic textures.

They then performed "Nante Boku wa Muryoku na Daro", the B-side of "Beach Opening", for the first time. The track was colored with deep bass, and the members' sharp and solid dance performance excited the audience.

During the MC, NICO said, "To everyone who came here, of course today won't be the only WHITE SCORPION concert. The 11 of us will continue to update days like today and even more than today. We are "intended" to continue delivering the best performances to you all. So, let me say "see you again" to everyone who came here today. These words contain the meanings of encounters, hopes, and promises in new places in the future. So, let's definitely meet everyone again!"
This led to the second "Beach opening" performance.

In preparation for the event that day, the band members declared their determination to gather 1000 fans at the release event, and since then, not only have the band members worked hard, but fans have also been posting messages of support on social media in an effort to help them achieve this goal.

COCO announced the results during the final MC part.

"We worked hard to get 1,000 people to attend this release event at LaLaport Toyosu, but only 663 people came today (final tally: 733). Thank you very much."
"Although it was not enough to reach our goal, we were grateful for the record-high attendance," he said, his voice choked with tears.
"At the event at Ario Kawaguchi 10 days ago, we declared our determination to gather 1,000 people at LaLaport Toyosu today, and while we were thinking about how to get everyone together, I saw many SCOPISTs (fans) taking to social media and inviting their friends. Thank you so much.

I think we've been able to achieve this big number thanks to all of you, and it's disappointing that we didn't reach 1000. However, we can't stop here, we have to break through the 1,000 barrier!

"If you were even slightly interested today, we hope you will continue to watch over us as we grow, and we hope you will continue to grow together with us as SCOPIST! We want to end with a smile!" she said, conveying her feelings for her fans and concluding with a smile.

For WHITE SCORPION, who are single-mindedly pursuing their goals as they sprint through their second year, today's result will surely be a great boost for them and will surely help them show even greater growth.
