On Saturday, April 2025, 4, Kudo Noka's Graduation Performance was held at the Hulic Hall Tokyo.
She has now brought to an end her six and a half year career as an idol under the name Kudo Nono, and is embarking on a new stage in her career.
Kudo Noka joined the group on December 2018, 12. This was when the group had yet to change its name to "Tenhare! Harajuku". At first, she auditioned for "Tenhare! Harajuku" without much thought and decided to join. She was not good at being in front of people or dancing, and her teacher even told her "you should quit", so she was thought to be unsuitable to be an idol. However, seeing the other members seriously facing their idol careers, she overcame her weaknesses with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and has worked hard as a member of the group.
After the successful performance at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall, which was in danger of being cancelled due to heavy rain, Appare! and its fans had become so important to her that she aimed for even greater stages, saying, "I'm so grateful that everyone knows Appare! and supports us! I think Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall was a legendary concert! But I'll stay focused and do my best to take it even further."
And then, on August 2024, 8, when the Budokan concert that Appare! had desperately tried to make to happen was cancelled due to a typhoon, she said with tears in her big eyes, "I was able to do my best until now because you all were there, and I want to continue to do my best together with you all."
About six months later, on January 2025, 1, she was able to hold her long-awaited revenge concert at the Nippon Budokan. During this concert, when she sang "Kusui Girl," which she publicly declared to be her favorite song, she commented, "I want to share the lyrics with everyone," and added, "I'm glad that all my fans have always been on my side. They rejoice and cry about Appare! as if it were their own song. I'm so happy to have such friends." She treasures the bond with her fans.
The final graduation performance as "Appare! Kudo Nono" was held at the Hulic Hall Tokyo on April 4th.
Kudo Noka appeared alone with the SE. She was lit by the spotlight on the stage, looked straight at the fans in the venue, and began singing "Our Music" a cappella. After singing one measure, she declared, "We want to deliver this song to everyone's hearts until the end," and the live started with a surprise: the members appeared in costumes that were the costumes of all the previous Kudo Noka members.
During the self-introduction part of "OSHIOSHIO," Nanase Rea says, "My favorite feature is my long twin tails," but today everyone has their hair styled after Kudo Noka, so there's also a scene where she says, "No, it's not that (laughs)."
The songs continued with pop, bright and fun songs such as "Pa Pi Pu Pe POP!", "I Love You, Seriously!" and "Daphne". The image of wanting to make the graduation performance a bright and fun live performance that is typical of Appare! was conveyed.
During the first MC, Kudo Noka introduced herself and did a call and response for the first time in a while, and the fans responded with a big response, and she immediately started crying. Then, the topic turned to the decorations on the stage, and it was revealed that the flower arch in the center was Kudo Noka's wish, and was made in seven colors, the colors of the Appare! members.
After the MC, the sixth song was "Promise Continued," the song they performed when they started as a seven-member group. It must have brought back a lot of memories for the fans in the venue and those watching the stream. Next was "Great Clear Skies Bon Voyage!", which they performed on YouTube when their Nippon Budokan concert was canceled due to a typhoon last summer, and it was a song that was very emotional for those who have been supporting Appare!.
The mood changed to a more upbeat one with "Bravo Summer!!" and "Colorful Miracle Discovery", raising the excitement. At this point, they performed one of their surefire hits, "Kimi Dake no Wonderland", and the fans in the venue called out with all their might, "We are always telepathic."
When the MC came up again, the members said that it was amazing to hear the loud calls of "No~ka-chan, No~ka-chan."
Here, Kudo Noka shares her feelings: "When I joined Appare! I had no confidence in myself, but thanks to everyone, I've become more confident. It's all thanks to you all. Even after I'm gone, I want everyone to continue supporting Appare!. I want everyone to continue to love Appare!, which I love."
The audience accepted his sentiment and erupted in thunderous applause.
Then, when Kudo Noka, who was wearing a long skirt, removed it and changed into a miniskirt outfit. Kudo Noka then asked the fans in the venue, "Thank you for making the penlights purple. But from now on, I want them to be in the color of my favorite idol. I want to see seven-color penlights." In response to this request, the fans changed their colors to the colors of their favorite idols, and the seven colors sparkled in the venue.
This performance was coming to an end. Kudo Noka, who had been hyping up the crowd up until now, took over from her fellow dancer Suzu Ai, who shouted, "What are your hands and feet for? They're for dancing! Let's go!! 'Appa Raina'!"
From here on, Appare! continued with songs that embody the "highly exciting live performance". "Eine Kleine Osaki Koi Da Ne", "Rainbow Kakero! ", "Summer Spit! " and "Zettai Moushin Daydreamer" showed the highest excitement of the day.
There's only one song left.
"Next is Appare!'s Kudo Noka's last song," Kudo Noka announced, and "Shinseiki Hit Parade" began. In order to leave no regrets, both Appare! and their fans enjoyed this song with all their heart and soul. Asahina Rei's line, "We, Appare!, are eternally immortal," must have struck a chord with everyone.
At the end of the performance, flowers and words of appreciation were presented individually to Hashimoto Ami, Ai Suzu, Nanase Rea, Fujimiya Mei, Nagahori Yume, and Asahina Rei.
Finally, she expressed her gratitude to her fans, saying, "I care about you all more than I can put into words. Thank you for the past six and a half years," before leaving the stage.
This was supposed to be the end of Kudo Noka's Graduation Performance, but in response to a rousing encore from the fans, they quickly performed "It's a Sunny Day Today," which truly became the last song for the seven members of Appare!
After completing a total of 16 songs plus one more, all seven members said in unison, "That was Appare! Thank you very much," and the song changed from "Appare! Kudo no Noka" to "Kudo no Noka."
However, the bonds she has built with her fans and fellow members over the past six and a half years are sure to remain strong. When times get tough in her new environment, or when she feels like giving up, these bonds will support her and guide her to a bright future.
We hope you will continue to support Appare! under its new structure and Kudo Noka.
