Rei Jonishi joined the group as a fifth-term member in 2016, and has been active in many areas, including as a gravure idol, fashion model, and apparel producer, as well as a front member of NMB5. The graduation concert was a memorable one, filled with memories and gratitude to her fans.

Her older sister Keiko Jonishi makes a surprise appearance! She sheds tears over a letter to her sister...

After the Overture, the concert started with Uenishi's solo song "Waruki (Warurei)". In the unit corner that followed, Uenishi performed songs filled with her memories, and after "Zipper" with Fukuno Anmi and Nishijima Rio, the countdown began and the curtain fell to reveal Uenishi Rei and her sister, NMB48 1st generation member Uenishi Kei. "Kei-chan has come!" Uenishi Rei introduced her, and the sisters performed "Heart's Exclusive Rights" with Uenishi Kei-chan, who made a surprise appearance. After singing, Rei read a letter to her sister Megumi as a surprise, and after reading just one line, tears came to Megumi's eyes. After Rei finished reading, Megumi said, "Thank you. I'm surprised. It's like a reverse surprise. I'll treasure it." and accepted the letter.

Before singing "Most of My Omoide" with fellow 5th generation members Kojima Karin and Mizuta Shiori, Mizuta said, "The three 3th generation members are like family to me, and I think we have a wonderful relationship where we can say anything to each other. When something happens to one of us three, we'll listen to each other for hours as if it were our own problem, and when we can't meet, we'll call each other and discuss our troubles. Just when you think we're having a serious conversation, before you know it we've started talking about irrelevant things, and by the time we hang up the phone we're saying 'bye-bye,' I think those times are truly precious memories." Kojima added, "Looking back on the past nine years, Rei-chan has always been by my side. Among all my many memories, the one that stands out the most is Rei It's of Rei-chan crying. About four years ago, when Rei-chan decided to graduate and the graduation date was almost decided, the three of us stayed overnight. Rei-chan was in the bath and suddenly came running in, soaking wet and crying, to us... I felt so fond of her, and it was also the moment I felt I had to be by her side to support her. We are where we are today because of that day, when a crying Rei-chan, Shiori-chan and I pushed each other by saying, "Let's try a little harder." I'm glad that the three of us have been able to work together until this day. Thank you, Rei-chan," she said, tearfully.

As a surprise, fellow members Ayaka Yamamoto and Koharu Umeyama appeared and sang "I'm sorry I fell in love with you" by the unit "LAPIS ARCH", and then Suzu Yamada and Momoka Iwata appeared, and Kojima and Mizuta joined in, singing "Tomodachi" with the seven members. Some members were meeting for the first time in a while, and fans enjoyed the conversation in the atmosphere that only a group of classmates can have.

Then, for the encore, Uenishi appeared in a pale blue dress, bowed deeply and expressed her gratitude.

"In the nine years since I joined NMB48, I have walked a blessed path. Thankfully, I have been chosen by my seniors whenever something happened, and I have looked up to them as they walked before me. As a younger sister and a young member, they had high expectations of me, and I walked with my eyes on the sky, thinking, "I want to live up to those expectations. I have to work hard! I want to do my best!" However, the gap between my desire to live up to those expectations and my lack of confidence was very painful, and the more I thought, "I am me," the more I compared myself to the other members, and there was a time when I suffered. But the fans always saw me as a single "Re-chan," and showed me all the dreams and goals I wanted to see, and the scenery I wanted to see. Each and every experience I had with you all really gave me confidence, and there were many times when I felt like I had stopped and was about to give up, but thanks to you all, I was able to come this far. Thank you for all your support. I really have no regrets about my nine years of activity since I joined! I was able to see it all through! "I want to continue to walk the path of smiles with you all, in my own way, at my own pace, towards what I find fun, and towards an exciting future. Thank you so much for the past nine years," she said, looking back on her activities and delivering a message to her fans.

"Thank you for helping us put on such a fun show today."

After singing "Where is the Sunset Going?" and "My Friend, Are You Running at Full Speed?" together, she said, "The time I spent with everyone was really fun, and when I had bad or difficult times, we would laugh together, or talk about trivial things,
They helped me forget everything, and that time was precious and a treasure. I got power from all the juniors, just like the fans, because of their energy and freshness. When I think that I will no longer be in everyone's circle, and that I will no longer have the time I love with everyone, I feel very lonely. But I will remember the time up to today and think, "Everyone is doing their best, too," so I will do my best, so please do your best. Of course, dreams and goals are important, but above all, I hope that everyone can enjoy their activities. And from now on, I will support everyone as a fan. Thank you for everything. Thank you for making today a fun live show together," she said in a message to the members, and Kojima presented a bouquet of flowers to Uenishi on behalf of the members. The last song was "Seishun no Rap Time," an indispensable song for NMB48's live shows, and while waving to the fans in the venue, she said, "Thanks to the time I spent with you all at today's concert, I really have no regrets! It's all thanks to you that I was able to feel this way. Thank you so much for the past nine years! I will always love you all!" She waved and left the stage.
