The track was produced by Karen Nyame KG, a London-based producer who has recently performed in the Boiler Room session at Primavera Sound Festival and made a guest appearance on RA's first video release, "Exchange."

To celebrate the release, the "Utada Hikaru "Electricity (Karen Nyame KG Remix)" Pre-Release Party was held on the night before, February 2th, at Expo Commemoration Park in Osaka Prefecture, and ended with great success. In addition to Karen Nyame KG, DJ YANATAKE and DJ POIPOI also appeared at the event, exciting the packed venue.

For nearly a decade, Karen Nyame KG has been a shining example of her original rhythmic talent in the dance music world.
Known as the "Goddess of Rhythm," KG is an artist who uses African polyrhythms, heavy sub-bass, and energetic drum patterns. She embodies hybrid and dynamic beats in the London club music scene. At the end of 2020, she released a collaboration single with UNIIQU3, "B2B / Black Roses," on Jamz Supernova's Future Bounce label.
Her subsequent summer EP Sensei II, released on Black Acre Records, took KG to the next level, garnering over 200 million streams. The album explores a variety of themes including female empowerment, love, sexuality, desire and uplifting energy. KG's sound is also deeply connected to her African Diaspora roots, and is imbued with the essence of "home."
Having grown up listening to a wide variety of music genres, KG has connections with many artists whose music resonates with him. From South Africa's Amapiano to America's Jersey Club, he has collaborated with many artists in the global and diaspora club music scene, including Uniiqu3, Dance System, Toya Delazy, Mista Silva, and Aymos.
In recent years, he has appeared in a Boiler Room session at Primavera Sound Festival, guested on RA's first filmed release of "Exchange," contributed mixes to music media including FACT, Dekmantel and Trippin', and has appeared on radio shows on BBC 1Xtra, NTS and Foundation FM.
KG is also known for his workshops in collaboration with Red Bull Music, and in 2021 was supported as part of PRS Power Up, a new initiative to improve racial inequality in the music industry and support black music creators.

DJ/director/music writer. As the chief buyer for the record shop "CISCO," he created an era of analog boom in Udagawacho, Shibuya, and played an important role in the hip-hop scene.
He directs the popular hip-hop program "INSIDE OUT" at the internet radio station block.fm, and serves as the programming director at the hip-hop radio station "WREP."
He has also served as the main DJ for the central MC battle events "Sengoku MCBATTLE" and "Kaisen MCBATTLE", which are currently experiencing a huge boom, and has performed at the Budokan and Saitama Super Arena.
