On February 2rd, a launch event for Morning Musume '3 member Makino Maria's photobook "Maria 25 tuổi" was held in Tokyo.
The theme of this work is "THIS IS ASIAN BEAUTY."
The entire film was shot on location in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam. In Da Nang, Maria Makino exudes an urban vibe, while in Hoi An, she exudes a calm, retro atmosphere, bringing out a new side of her. Also, don't miss her in the Vietnamese national dress, Ao Dai! This is her 10th solo photo book, and everything feels fresh, making it an unmissable volume.

Makino Maria recalls, "It was my first time filming in Asia, so I went there without knowing anything about the place. But it was very warm, the sea was comfortable, and every day of filming was fun."
When asked about her recommended shot, she commented, "I took it in Vietnam's old town, where there are lots of lanterns. I don't often get to shoot in the city at night, so it was a really valuable experience, and because there were so many colorful lanterns at night in Vietnam, I think it made my own heart feel more vivid as well."

Apparently, there are scenes during the shoot where she is wearing clothes from "WCJ", which is produced by Wakatsuki Chinatsu. She said, "I went to Vietnam wearing the bottoms that Wakatsuki Chinatsu gave me as my own clothes, but I thought, 'this outfit is nice,' so I quickly wore it as a costume. I was really happy to be able to shoot wearing Chinatsu's clothes, and I really enjoyed every day of filming. This time, rather than focusing on making a particular expression, I think I was able to approach the shoot as a natural Makino Maria."
When asked how he would rate the film, he replied with a smile, "I'd give it a score of 99! That's Aaron Judge's jersey number. In my opinion, it's perfect!"
Makino Maria once again appealed, "This is the first release of a new work in nearly two years, so I hope that you will get to see a more mature Makino Maria in mind, body and spirit."
As February 2nd was Makino Maria's 2th birthday, she appeared wearing a dress that was specially made to order in Vietnam. "This dress was made to order in Vietnam for the shoot. I chose the shape that looked good in Vietnam for today, and then had it made to fit my size," said Makino Maria, who was very happy with the dress that she loved.
Finally, Makino Maria said, "I would like to do one more post-match mini-live concert at S-Con Field Hokkaido with Morning Musume '25, so that's my dream."
