On January 1th, actress and model Rikako Yagi appeared at the "FMV Brand Renewal and New Product Launch" held in Tokyo.

Modern campus life has changed dramatically since the COVID-19 pandemic, and FMV has launched a new initiative called the "GOOD CAMPUS LIFE Project" to support hard-working university students, in response to the current situation of university students being busier than the public would imagine.
The first teaser video for the TikTok music drama "Is WE the Only Youth?" starring Yagi Rikako has been released.

When asked about her impressions of the drama, Yagi said, "It's a very new type of drama, and I think you can get the idea from the atmosphere, but it's also mixed with music. I just graduated from university last March, so I found myself able to relate to a lot of the stories, and I think they're a work that's packed with the true feelings and conflicts that university students these days have."
When asked about the challenges she faced in this drama, Yagi commented, "This time, I am playing two roles in this drama, which is something I haven't had much experience with before. That was one challenge for me. Also, this was my first time trying poetry reading. It's not a rap style set to music, but rather I speak in a fused way, as if I'm speaking to the music, which was a little difficult and a challenge. Unlike the lines that we usually shoot, acting while listening to the clicking sounds was a new experience, and it was very exciting and fun."
When asked about the difficulties of playing two roles, she said, "It was difficult. There were scenes where I pat myself on the back, and it was a strange feeling to act while thinking, 'I'm the one patting myself'. After all, I was playing someone else, so I tried to be conscious of how I could vary the pace of my acting. I learned that these are the kinds of feelings that university students really have."
Apparently more than 7% of university students feel busy with their university life, so when asked about it, Yagi replied, "I think I was definitely one of those 7%. Of course I had to go to the library to submit reports and gather materials for my graduation thesis. I was busy balancing my work and school life."
Yagi also said, "When it came to writing my graduation thesis in my final year as a senior, I was really overwhelmed trying to balance it with work and study. I would take my computer to the set and work on my thesis, or even to the location and write in the hotel. Having a computer meant I could work on my assignments anytime, anywhere, so it was reassuring."
When asked about her graduation thesis, Yagi, who graduated from university last year, said, "I wrote about Spider-Man and how the image of a hero in modern society is changing as seen from the movie version of Spider-Man. I really did use my computer as my companion, spending hours and hours every day in front of it, and since I spent a lot of my fourth-year seminars working on my thesis, it took me about a year to finish it. I sometimes went alone to work at home or the university library, but I would get bored and tired if I was alone for too long, so sometimes I would ask a friend to go to the library with me and study with them."
Regarding the FMV Note C, she said, "I've actually used it on the job, and it's very easy to use, cute, and extremely easy to type on. It's not just the appearance, but I tend to be drawn to things based on how they look, so when it feels good to type on, it becomes enjoyable, so I would definitely recommend the Note C to all college students."
"CAMPUS WEAR," which was jointly developed with the Waseda University Textile Research Group, was also unveiled.
Finally, Yagi said, "Just from today alone, I've realized that there are many things that university students actually think, and I can understand them. Today's presentation was also a learning opportunity for me. It's really easy to use and cute, and typing is very easy. It's not just about the appearance, but I'm the type of person who is drawn to things by their appearance, so when the typing feels good, it becomes fun. I definitely recommend the Note C to all university students."
