Actress Yuno Ohara will be showing off her splendid action scenes in TV Tokyo's Drama Choose! "Wingman," broadcast late at night on November 11th!
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the creation of "Wingman," a masterpiece by manga artist Masakazu Katsura, who is known for "Video Girl Ai" and "I''s," this latest film has been made into a live-action film directed by Koichi Sakamoto, a leading figure in special effects action films, and is currently the talk of the town.
A special effects drama about a young man who aspires to be a hero, who transforms into an imaginary warrior with the power of the Dream Note, which makes whatever he draws come true, but then finds himself thrown into a battle against assassins who are after the notebook's power.
From episode 4, Ohara Yuno played the role of Sakagami, a student teacher, an original character for the drama. In episode 19, which aired on the 5th, she transformed into Mikuru, played by Kikuchi Himena, and appeared in front of the star Kenta, played by Fujioka Makino, confessing her love and seducing him. Kenta is confused by the fact that there are two Mikuru, but when he realizes that Sakagami is the real one, he reveals himself as the assassin Teal. Kenta transforms into Wingman and fights Teal to protect Mikuru.
Ohara, who plays Teal, showed off some splendid action, including a high-legged roundhouse kick. Viewers praised his quick movements, saying, "His movements were so sharp!", "His action was so good I wanted to see more," "His villain performance was also worth watching," and "It's a shame he's just a guest."
It was a scene that raised hopes that we will see more productions in which we can see her in action in the future.
This film is also available for on-demand streaming on TVer, so be sure to check out her action.
